We operate on a strict first come first served basis.
The lead time for orders is typically 5 days after payment has been made, allowing for processing and preparation of the products. Additionally, there is an estimated shipping time of 2 days to deliver the order to its destination. This ensures that customers can expect to receive their orders within a total timeframe of 7 days from the moment payment is completed.
However, it’s important to note that while we take great care in packaging and handling shipments, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during the shipping process. For added protection, we do offer an insurance option on the checkout page, allowing customers to purchase coverage for their orders. This way, customers can have peace of mind knowing that their items are safeguarded against potential damage during transit.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping insurance, and the claims arising from damaged goods is settled between the respective courier company and the customer.
